Minimum Qualifications / Hours - Valid ICAO ATPL (no limitations on B777)
- B777 PIC type rating
- Total time: Minimum 6,000 hours
- Total B777 PIC time: Minimum 500 actual command hours
- Must have recorded most recent actual flight in actual B777 family aircraft during the past 6 months and preference will be given to candidates who have certified logbook entries showing
(a) 3 take off and landings in actual B777 aircraft within last 90 days
(b) completed B777 recurrent simulator during the last 12 months
- ICAO English level 4 or above or English Proficiency endorsement
- No Accident, No criminal record
- 1st class medical license holder
- Age under 56years old at the assignment commencement date
Terms & Condition Brief
Payment: US$12,000* net per month;(US$6,500: monthly salary, US$5,500**: safety bonus)
*note: During 2 months ground & flight training period, the salary will be paid at lower levels as follows: 1st month-US$6,000, 2nd month-US$9,600
**note: Safety Bonus if flying without any accidents will be provided, safety bonus will be paid monthly.
Per Dium: US$1,000 per month
Accommodation & Base Ground Transportation Allowance: US$1,500 per month on reciept base to CCA
Base: Shanghai in China or any other city mutually agreed with CCA
Contract Term: 2 years depending on age at contract commencement -renewable
Start Date: Jun 2010 and ongoing;
Monthly Days Off: Two options
1. 8 consecutive days free of duty at the end of one month plus 8 at the start of next month resulting in 16 consecutive off days 6 times per year
2. 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Sick Leave: 8 days per annum subject to a maximum of 2 days per month.
Medical Certificate to be provided from registered doctor or hospital at base or in home country.
Annual leave: 16 days per year.
Block hours and Overtime: A minimum of 80 block hours will be rostered per calendar month.
Any block hours in excess of 80 will be added at pro-rata rate
If less than 80 block hours flown in a month due to reasons attributable to crew member pro rata reduction will follow
Any deadhead hours will be paid at 50%
Duty Ground Transportation: Company bus service for crew member’s duty at Pudong Airport in Shanghai and layover stations.
Travel Allowance: China Cargo Airlines shall provide:
Positive economy class return air transportation at commencement and termination of contract.
Each year on the network of China Eastern Airways on a standby basis
4 return international flights
3 return domestic flights
Visas/Work Permit: The airline will arrange and pay for the costs of your visa/permits to live and work in China. However you will be responsible for arranging and paying for any visas that may be required to attend the Screening and when you first enter China at start of contract
